With our Managed Services package, we’ll do this instead of you. Your server will be included in our custom–made server monitoring software system and the moment there’s a trace of a trouble, our skilled tech support engineers will be warned right away.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server is not the simplest assignment in the world. You will either need to use some other server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively assign some third–party software. Our company offers a far simpler and easier alternative with our Managed Services package. We’ll make a full backup copy of your virtual server each week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any important info. Plus, we can always recover a backup very quickly. All the backups are stored on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you an almost endless number of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software packages. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It is an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which entitles you to demand any of our seasoned tech support engineers to install any software package and to rectify any trouble that you’re experiencing with the virtual server.

Our Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an extra for the KVM VPS Servers.
