If you take advantage of our Administration Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS and all the processes running on it. This way you’ll have much more time for your web sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

If you own a frequently visited web site or a data–intensive web application, it’s of crucial importance to maintain a complete backup copy of everything. Still, configuring an automated backup solution can be challenging. For this reason, we offer you our Administration Services solution – we will maintain a full backup copy of your VPS service, not just of your web sites and hosted content, but also all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, retaining all the modifications that you’ve made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. However, certain scripts are more difficult to run and might require some extra setup from you. That is where our Administration Services offer can help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting operations – in other words you will be able to literally hire one of our experienced server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software app whatsoever that you need. Alternatively have him solve a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an optional feature with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
